“Team JHR” is a racing community created by Jessica Harrington Racing to entice Racing Fans to get more involved within the Industry. The main objective is to introduce new people to the sport of horseracing at a lower level and to enhance their experience with a view to retaining them as enthusiasts for the future.

 

The racing community will be managed by Jessica Harrington Racing for the benefit of its’ members. It is our duty to provide useful information, entertainment and educational benefits.

 

Please note that as a member of “Team JHR” you do not acquire an ownership stake in any horse at Jessica Harrington Racing.

IDEMNITY

“Team JHR”, and Jessica Harrington Racing, shall exercise normal care in carrying out their respective roles under these terms and conditions but cannot be held responsible for matters beyond their immediate control.

 

No member shall have any claim against the Jessica Harrington Racing or against any other member.

 

“Team JHR” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time subject to notice.
